Indium hydroxide

Indium hydroxide (In(OH)₃) is a high-purity white nano-powder with excellent chemical stability, large specific surface area and excellent dispersibility. Its purity can reach 5N-6N level. As a core intermediate, it is a key raw material for ITO target materials and is widely used in display panels, HJT photovoltaic cells, and has also expanded to semiconductor packaging and new energy battery fields.
