Sodium Alginate Food Grade

Our this sodium alginate, extracted from natural seaweed, is a safe, biodegradable polysaccharide with good water solubility and gelling, thickening properties. Available in industrial (40/60 mesh), food (granule/40–200 mesh) and pharmaceutical (80 mesh) grades, it serves as thickener/stabilizer in food, drug carrier in pharma, and is used in cosmetics and dyeing.
