FeReSiMg for steel making

Our 13mm Ferro Silicon Magnesium Cored Wire 16~20% is a kind of steel-making composite material,made by wrapping deoxidizers and ferro silicon magnesium alloy powders around cold-rolled low-carbon steel strips. The core wire is fed into the molten steel through the feeding line technology. Through the reaction of additives with the molten steel,the morphology of inclusions can be controlled,deoxidation and desulfurization can be achieved,and precise alloying can be carried out. This can increase the alloy yield by 15%-20% and reduce the smelting cost.
