Application
1. PVC Heat Stabilizer
In addition to its role as a lubricant, magnesium stearate serves as a critical heat stabilizer in the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) industry. During PVC processing, it effectively inhibits volatilization and thermal degradation of various flammable materials-from fuses to imaging equipment-thereby ensuring thermal stability.
2. Dispersant and Lubricant for Polymer Materials
In the field of polymer functional materials, magnesium stearate provides a dual function: it promotes uniform dispersion of fillers and additives, and significantly reduces friction between machinery and the material. This improves processing stability and enhances the overall performance and quality of polymer products
3. Lubricant and Anti sticking Agent for Tablets
