Germanium dioxide is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula GeO2, representing the dioxide of germanium. It appears as a white powder or colorless crystal, and exists in two forms: a slightly soluble hexagonal crystal system (stable at low temperatures) and an insoluble tetragonal crystal system.
