In industrial applications, it is necessary to control the temperature sensitivity of catalysts, optimize gas distribution through alloy meshes, and establish an activity attenuation monitoring system. Spent vanadium catalysts can recover vanadium oxides through processes such as ion exchange and leaching calcination, with a recovery rate of over 90%.
