Basic information:
Antimony trioxide (chemical formula: Sb2O3) is an inorganic compound. Natural products called antimony hua, commonly known as antimony white, white crystalline powder. It turns yellow when heated and white when cooled. No smell. Melting point is 655 ℃. The boiling point of 1550 ℃. When heated to 400℃ in high vacuum, it can sublimate. Soluble in sodium hydroxide solution, hot tartaric acid solution, hydrogen tartarate solution and sodium sulfide solution, slightly soluble in water 370 ± 37 g/L, dilute nitric acid and dilute sulfuric acid.
Application:
Used in the production of battery alloy, printing alloy, bearing alloy, also used in the production of enamel, pigment, tartar, medicine, and used as filler, mordant and so on.
