Basic information:

Cobalt hydroxide is an inorganic substance, chemical formula Co(OH)2, rose red monoclinic or hexagonal crystal system, insoluble in water, slightly amphoteric, difficult to dissolve in strong alkali, but soluble in acid and ammonium salt solution.
